On January 17th, 1997, Joe, Barbara and Heather Stocks were murdered in their home in Lonoke, Arkansas. The only immediate family member still alive, their son Heath, is serving life without parole for their murders. There are many layers to this story that we will dive into throughout this series. Ep 16: The Voices of the Past, Present and Future

In this bonus episode, we discuss new developments that have occurred with key figures involved in the case. We talk with Dr. Eddie Blackwelder, a Criminology Researcher who spent time in Lonoke researching Heath's case, as well as former Lonoke City Chief of Police, Charles Peckat, who recently visited Heath after 25 years. We'll find out what his thoughts are on things today. We also talk with Kaleem Nazeem, a former inmate who served time with Heath, about his advocacy and the under 21 bill, his experience being incarcerated for almost 30 years and what life has been like after being released.
